Stage 6: The Virtual Community Paradigm

So far, we have seen paradigms where the company communicates with the customer and in which the customer communicates with the company. In a new paradigm, the company organizes its web so that customers can communicate with each other. In this way, the company can build user resources that help everyone. These groups are called "virtual communities".

If you're clever, you can get your customers to create a lot of web content themselves!
