Step 10: Add Copyright Page

Having added a link to a copyright page in the footer of the last step, we need to create the copyright page.

I use the copyright pages in my webs as a convenient repository of the copyright status of each media object (e.g. graphic or sound file) in the web. There aren't any such objects in the web yet, but we'll be adding them later, so they are documented in the copyright page now.
